Why fabric gift wrap?
Well, when you give someone a gift wrapped in cloth, besides doing good for the planet, you are giving an extra gift. After opening the present, the recipient gets to keep the wrapping cloth, which they will love. They can use it to wrap a gift for someone else, or else keep it to use in lots of ways.
Depending on the size, an off-duty gift wrap could be used as a scarf, a shopping bag, a small tablecloth, a receiving blanket, a pareo or bathing suit cover up, a tote for your gym clothes, a play tent for junior... we have seen wraps cleverly tied to mask plastic flower pots when they come indoors for display, or used to keep bread warm at the table. They can be tied around a pot of tea to keep it warm, or laid on the grass for a baby's sunbath. Chances are good they won't end up in the landfill!
Love that wrap too much to give away?Keep it to freshen up a pillow in your home.
