Payment
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal payments. Please note that you DO NOT need a PayPal account for credit card payments. We simply use PayPal to process credit card payments, to ensure maximum security (see below). If you prefer, you may send cash, check or a money order by mail. IF you'd like us to hold an item until payment arrives, send a note through the 'contact us' link.
Security
This store uses PayPal for credit card payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). We don't have access to your credit card information; only PayPal does. Your name and mailing address are for our use in sending your order; we will never, ever make it available to anyone else.
Shipping
We now offer FREE United States Postal Service first class / priority shipping within the USA for ANY SIZE ORDER. In most cases, the order will arrive at its destination in two or three days. Rates for USPS Priority shipping outside the US are in the checkout field. For UPS, Fed Ex, rush orders or international shipping by specified carrier, please email deb@luluwraps.com, or call 503-281-3452 to arrange. We will calculate the cost of shipping from the shipping service you prefer, and simply charge you that amount.
Packaging:
Our wraps, being small and flexible, are easy to pack. When possible, we reuse envelopes from a local community radio station's c.d. shipments. Large orders will come to you in a cardboard box, recycled if possible, but always recyclable. Each wrap is normally packaged in a bio-degradable cellophane storage bag (made of sustainably forested wood), but if you don't think you'll be using it, just drop us a note on the checkout page and we'll leave it off entirely.
Delivery time
In most cases, we will ship the day you place your order, and you will likely receive it two days later. (The USPS says that most Priority mail is delivered in two days.) However, here's what you can figure as the outside possibility: please allow two business days handling time for us to ship. USPS delivery here in the US varies from next day (here in Portland), to three to five days for the rest of the USA. International delivery times vary by location. **Please note that if a particular product requires extra time, we will note that in the description.**
Returns
Contact us within thirty days of receipt for return instructions; please save the original packaging to reuse for mailing goods back to us; you can choose exchange, refund or store credit for a future purchase. Call 503-281-3452, or email deb@luluwraps.com.
